Friday, last of month: Liberation with spiritual friends in the daily life

With Viveka Bhikkhu

Open Dates

and Cindy Lafontaine and Catarina Mak

Come practice with spiritual friends, allowing for the Dhamma to come alive, supporting the conditions for freedom to unfold in the here and now. Together, we explore how the Dhamma illuminates our daily experiences—whether in our work, family relationships, or community interactions. In this space, we bring awareness to our habitual patterns, unhelpful mindsets, and navigate the complexities of modern life, transforming them into opportunities for clear seeing and wisdom to arise. Join us in this journey of transformation within.
