Introduction to Insight Dialogue – Online

With Marsha Lawson

January 2 - February 6, 2026

and Katie Rhodes

This Online Introduction to Insight Dialogue is a six-week offering that covers the six Insight Dialogue relational meditation guidelines using Dhamma teachings as a contemplative frame. All are welcome. The program focuses on the core elements of this relational Dhamma practice. Participants will meet for six consecutive weeks in real-time via Zoom for 90 minutes, with an opportunity for 15 minutes more for questions and reflections. Each week will include instruction on individual guidelines and their role in crafting a contemplative dialogue practice. What is offered will be informed by the Three Bases of Insight Dialogue: the wisdom teachings of the Buddha, meditative qualities, and the power of relationship.
