Intro to Family Constellations: Releasing Ancestral Burdens and Reclaiming Support

This workshop is an experiential primer in Systemic Family Constellation work. As both a philosophy and a process, this modality offers a systemic lens through which to understand both intergenerational trauma and intergenerational fortitude.
Systemic Family Constellations is based on the principle that both our challenges and our strengths have a lineage. In this work, we aim to support clients as they leave behind what hinders their growth, and reclaim what supports it.
In this live, interactive workshop, participants will have the opportunity to experience the process of Family Constellations for themselves.

Ellen Browning-Lafferty is a business and life coach (NYU 2016), family constellations facilitator, licensed massage therapist, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry. She offers regular Family Constellations workshops online and in person, as well as 1-1 coaching sessions with individual clients. Her work facilitates personal inquiry and expands our sense of what’s possible by addressing intergenerational trauma and releasing ancestral burdens.
