The groups meets biweekly on Friday evening from 7:30-9:30 pm. We ask minimal participation of once a month. Insight Dialogue practice is facilitated by a group of engaged and developing facilitators who are mentored by Riët Aarsse. Each evening has a theme and we follow the eightfold path in many aspects to support our practice in daily life.
Prerequisites: Prior silent practice and Insight Dialogue practice (e.g., participation in an Insight Dialogue retreat or introductory course).
