Cascadia Community Online Sangha

Our sangha is affiliated with the Annual Cascadia Insight Dialogue Retreat, Samish Island, WA, USA. We meet on the second Monday each month from 7:00 – 9:00 pm Pacific time. 
 
We are a peer-led community and rely on each other to co-facilitate and create the vessel for our practice.  We are gratefully supported by our Cascadia Retreat Teachers and the opportunity for intensive retreat practice each spring on Samish Island.  
 
Prerequisites: Participation in at least one Cascadia ID retreat (held yearly, usually in May)
