    Online Introduction to Insight Dialogue

    With Jane Cutler

    January 14 - March 4, 2026

The Online Introduction to Insight Dialogue is an eight-week offering that covers the six Insight Dialogue guidelines using Dhamma teachings as a contemplative frame. The Insight Dialogue guidelines and the three bases, wisdom, meditative awareness, and relationship, are the foundational elements of the relational Dhamma practice of Insight Dialogue.

Participants will meet in real-time via Zoom for 90 minutes. Each week will include instruction on individual guidelines and their role in crafting a contemplative dialogue practice. What is offered will be informed by the Three Bases of Insight Dialogue.

This regular Wednesday Insight Dialogue practice group offers the opportunity for those wanting to learn, through being in practice mainly with seasoned practitioners. We value the opportunity to return to the basic teachings as a way of deepening this practice.
