Awake together – Wisdom Here and Now

With Ayya Anopama and Nolitha Tsengiwe

January 10 - 15, 2026

This retreat is the fourth in a series of four retreats, seven Insight Dialogue teachers from around the world will guide an exploration into how the relational practice of Insight Dialogue, silent meditation, and the support of friends can help us develop greater awareness, wisdom, and compassion.

在這系列的四個禪修營中,來自世界各地的七位慧談老師,將引導我們探究:關係取向的慧談練習、止語禪修,以及同修的支持,如何幫助我們培養更深的覺察、智慧與慈悲。

Retreat 4 (Advanced): Awake together – Wisdom Here and Now

Life often moves quickly, carrying us along in the currents of habit and routine that keep us half-asleep. Yet beneath these very currents lives another possibility: to move with awareness, tenderness, and wisdom, awake to our entanglement with one another and the world around us. What does it mean to truly be awake? What can be released when seen in the light of death? How might we live with greater presence and compassion, even amidst uncertainty?

This retreat is an invitation to pause and come and see together. In the immediacy of the here and now, we will inquire into the conditions that give rise to suffering and into the pathways of release. Our exploration will be relational as much as individual, supported by silence, dialogue, and the living field we create together.

Our shared practice will weave silent meditation, gentle movement, and Insight Dialogue (relational meditation) in pairs and small groups, supported by concise contemplations to invite forth the wisdom already alive among us. Time in nature and one-to-one meetings with teachers will support each participant in their unique unfolding.
